Overview

The Terms & Conditions exist to ensure that the Arcangel × SHOPLINE Pitch Competition is fair, commerce focused, and aligned with SHOPLINE’s platform objectives. Because grants and prizes are directly tied to platform adoption, these rules clearly define who may apply, how winners are selected, how funding works, and under what circumstances benefits may be forfeited.

When & Where is the Event?

The competition will take place on January 31st at Babson College. The exact venue, dress code, pitch order, pitch duration, and judging rubric are currently being finalized and will be communicated to approved participants in advance.

What is Shopline?

Shopline is a global e-commerce platform that enables brands to build, operate, and scale online stores with integrated checkout, payments, analytics, and AI-driven commerce tools. Shopline is the sole sponsor of this competition and provides all grants, credits, and transfer-related benefits.

Is There a Rubric for How Pitches Are Graded?

Yes. Judges will evaluate pitches based on product quality, revenue or growth potential, clarity of execution, e-commerce or AI-commerce alignment, and overall platform fit. Final rubrics will be shared prior to the event to those pitching (January 15th, 2026)
